Shipping and Policies

Shipping

Please allow up to 10 business days to ship your order. Shipments are usually once a week and typically sent out fairly quickly (2-5 days from purchase).
We currently ship to US and Canada. To keep costs low for the buyer, we use First Class and Priority options. Priority offers up to $50 insurance. Shipping prices will rise during the holiday season.
If you were accidentally charged excessive shipping costs, we will refund the balance when processing your order.

What do I do if my package was lost/damaged/stolen?

We’re really sorry that happened. Fortunately, you can contact your local post office or go to USPS.com to file a claim! Make sure you have the tracking number and a photo of the damaged package. Found and Foraged Fibers is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages and does not offer refunds for the mistakes of the carrier. Each package is thoroughly packaged for protection during transit. If there was damage to your package, please make sure to speak with your local post office.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, or if something doesn't look right upon delivery, please give us a chance to correct it. Email hello@foundandforagedfibers.com as soon as possible.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If there is a problem with your order that is from our own mistake (such as the wrong order was sent), please contact hello@foundandforagedfibers.com with your order number and photo of items to work out a solution together. If an order is therefore approved for full or partial refund it must be undamaged, unwashed, unused  and in it’s original form - otherwise the refund will be denied.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Found and Foraged Fibers does not cover return shipping expenses for unwanted items, but will cover shipping for mistakes made on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Found and Foraged Fibers does not take responsibility for returned items without tracking or insurance and does not guarantee that we will receive your return item.  

Sale Item Policy
All sale items can't be refunded and are final.
